We have a chat with Ben Shephard, new presenter of This Morning and the face of many other telly favourites. He speaks candidly about mental health, and also reveals why he’d much rather ask the questions on Tipping Point than play the machine!

We also take a look at the new kinds of running clubs emerging in the UK. If you thought run clubs were all about track and cross-country, think again. The new organisations focus on inclusivity and making new friends – and we’ve met a whole bunch of them, across the country.

Wherever you are on your culinary journey, we have some fantastic hacks to turn you into a kitchen boss. And if you love a cup of tea, we’ve been chatting to a tea consultant about the many varieties out there for you to try.

The parkrun magazine is the perfect tool to help anyone thinking about taking their first steps into physical activity. Inside you’ll find loads of ideas, from games to play in the park to tips to make new habits stick.

Event teams: There is no limit on ordering but please be mindful of your event attendance. We would be delighted if event teams and ambassadors were able to distribute copies to local schools, foodbanks, coffee shops or any other community hub. There is no limit on ordering for this purpose.

If you are ordering for outreach work (for example, if you’re ordering on behalf of a school, or other local community space) please order as many magazines as you deem sensible.

We anticipate demand to be high, and will fulfil orders on a first-come first-served basis until stocks run out.
