Making a Return:
- Returns are free if sent within the UK
- Returned items must be in their original packaging with all labels still intact
- To qualify for a refund or exchange, returns must be received within 90 days of the original order being placed
- For any damaged or faulty products, we will cover up to £20 GBP returns postage - if your returns postage costs more, please get in contact with our customer service team at shop@parkrun.com
- Orders placed with the incorrect personal and/or shipping details will not be replaced or refunded
- When returning items to us, please obtain a printed receipt. Store the receipt safely with you until your request has been processed as we may ask you for the proof of shipment

Barcode Tags & Card / Wristband / Bottle / Travel Mug / Mug:
- Personalised products cannot be returned
- If the order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact shop@parkrun.com to arrange a replacement
- Personalised products have a 1 year warranty. After this period, requests for replacements or refunds will not be accepted
- Orders placed with the incorrect personal details will not be replaced or refunded
CONTRA / Milestone Hoodies / goodr Sunglasses / NIXI body products / parkrun Umbrella / Hilly Socks / Pin Badges:
- Refunds are processed within 72 hours of accepting the returned item back to the warehouse
- If you wish to exchange an item, the exchange will be delivered to your existing delivery address
- You must complete the return form (included with your order), and fill in your reason for returning
- Please use the FREEPOST returns label (included with your order) and post your return through a post box (returns are only free if based in the UK)
- NIXI products can only be returned if unused, in the same condition received in and in original packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days.
