Making a Return:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging with all labels still intact
- To qualify for a refund or exchange, returns must be received within 30 days of delivery
- Personalised products cannot be returned, If there is a fault with your order, please contact shop@parkrun.com
- For any damaged or faulty products, we will cover up to £20 GBP returns postage - if your returns postage costs more, please get in contact with our customer service team at shop@parkrun.com
- Orders placed with the incorrect personal and/or shipping details will not be replaced or refunded
- When returning items to us, please obtain a printed receipt. Store the receipt safely with you until your request has been processed as we may ask you for the proof of shipment

Shokz headphones can only be returned if unopened and unused. To return, please send back to: Pinpoint CE, Unit 35, Meridian House, Road One, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 3QG (please ensure to include that the order was from parkrun). If the headphones are faulty, please visit https://uk.shokz.com/and under the support tab, complete the warranty form.
