Description

The Lumbear is Bearhug’s take on a lower back lumbar support.

Designed with our unique adjustable pulley system it’s easy-to-wear, adjustable back support that provides strength and stability to the lumbar spine, spinal erectors, and deep abdominals.

The brace comes in a corset-like design, allowing plenty of support around key abdominal muscles and mimicking the action of the obliques, de-loading the lower back.

By increasing tension around this abdominal area, the posterior support offloads the tone in the erectors spinae and quadratus lumborum, which in turn reduces muscle spasms.

The Lumbear is a useful muscle and spine-supporting brace when you want to offload muscle spasms or recover from heavy training sessions.
