The majority of orders the same or next working day, although at peak times / during sale periods / at the start of the working week, it might take longer for your order to ship. Once the order is shipped, it can take up to 10 working days for UK delivery and up to 30 working days for deliveries outside of the UK.

Due to a recent change from SARS, duties are now being levied on the importation of all clothing into South Africa. Currently these additional fees are 45% Duties and VAT at 15%, additional fees are subsequently being added by the couriers on top of these Duties and Taxes. As a result, parkrun is now sending all Milestone tees DUTY PAID into South Africa, to try to mitigate as much of these additional costs as possible.
Due to recent changes, there will now be import tariffs added to orders once they reach London Heathrow or Gatwick. Unfortunately these charges are out of our control, and no changes can be made to reduce or remove the charges. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.
If you are ordering from an EU country, prices will be shown EXCLUDING UK VAT AND INCLUDING YOUR COUNTRIES VAT RATE.
